Kate Federiconi is a Branch Manager at the New York Public Library and a seasoned leader in nonprofit development and library services. Throughout her career, including roles in the New York State Archives and the Saratoga Springs Public Library, Kate has focused on fostering information equity and building strategic partnerships that serve vulnerable populations. In addition to her operational leadership, she is an avid horror reader and serves as a Co-Chair for the NYPL Best Horror Committee. She is dedicated to making the genre more accessible and providing dynamic programming that invites the community to explore the versatility of horror.
